My homepage is PORN ! How in Gawd's name do I change it back to Google? Internet Options won't allow me?

Whenever I go to the Internet Options, it won%26#039;t let me change it! Plus, there%26#039;s a half-naked girl on the browser!

The previous owner of my computer installed Google Desktop under his user name. I now have the computer and I use it with a different username. I am an administrator on my computer. I had a felony at one time and a couple of years ago I got a pardon and they expunged my conviction. I am now thinking of changing my first name so that I can fully move on with my life and not worry about google searches. On the application to change your name,it asks if you have ever been convicted of a felony?
I know when I got my pardon that I was told that my record was erased and that I can now truthfully answer that I have never been convicted of a felony. That works on job applications, but I know that courts can still see if you ever had a felony conviction, so how would I answer this for the court when applying for a name change? Legal name change in United States?
I have searched around yahoo answers and google and found many people asking how to legally change their name in a specific state.
But does that mean they will have to change their name every time they move to a different state?
For example, if I am in Washington state and legally change my name according to the process for this state, am I now the bearer of my new name throughout the United states or just in Washington?
I would like to hear from anyone who has had or knows someone with experience in this.

Only the first part of my first name shows up on gmail chat. how do i change this?

How do I clear my name on Google?
There was a URL that used to have my name on it, but it changed so my name isn%26#039;t there any more. However, when you do a Google search for my name, the URL still shows up as the number 1 result, with some bad information underneath it. How to change the name of my computer, the way google shows me doesnt work!?
I went into Control Panel%26gt; Performance and Maintenance%26gt;System%26gt;Computer Name%26gt; and then I changed the name, and I restarted the computer. But older files and my iTunes library and stuff stills has the old name of the person that owned it before me. My system is Windows XP!!
