Google search directs to old, disabled website?

I must have done something wrong while updating my site recently. We had changed our address to something else a few years back and while doing a google search for the name of my company, it directs to the old, disabled website instead of the newer one first? It has all the new, updated information listed under the summary, but when you click the link provided first, it leads you to a disabled link. How can I fix this?

Does it go to the wrong URL? You could resubmit your site to Google.
