Let's just put it this way.......if you have to ask the same question about this 3 times, you must not be very confident about this breeder or their website. When in doubt, just say NO!
How can you tell this website is a scam?
Its advertising, its a scam....

ie. non scams don't advertise.... whether they sell dogs or not.
Are you just going to keep asking this?

Just go to the pound instead of even bothering with the $500 deposit.
There are, to be sure a lot of make believe kennels on the internet, but honestly I'm not sure that he is one of them. I understand the idea behind him changing his name. His dogs seem well cared for and non violent so you wouldn't want people to think you were breeding fighters. Perhaps, you could go to his site and visit some of his links like the ones to other kennels and registries and see if they know him and what they have to say. Ask for copies of parent pedigrees. He has pictures from shows he went to and stuff. Research the shows and see if they are legit. The best way to avoid being taken is to do your homework. You can understand him wanting a deposit, he wants to know if you are legit too. If the kennel isn't too far away take a trip. Ask for pictures, not previously taken ones but ones you know he took for you, like with a certain item in the picture. Explain to him your concerns and if he is legit, he should have no problem understanding why and helping to give you reassurance. Get his full name and address and check to make sure it is real. If he has a kennel, he must be registered with a kennel license where he lives. Etc etc etc. If this is really something you want take your time and don't get taken for a ride.
Doesn't matter what WE think.

If YOU think it is a scam, go to another breeder.

Start by learning what a GOOD breeder is, and what a real pit bull looks like.
Dude, you already posted this. I'm thinking to report as advertising...

Who else posts the same breeder (and youtube) multiple times?
Dude, if you put your deposit down, I'm sure you will get what you wanted. A fake, mixed breed so called pitbull with no titles and no health certificates. Its typical that these money hungry so called breeders require a deposit. If we really want one of this breeder's mutts, I strongly suggest that you visit his kennel and talk to the person face to face. That is the only way you can make a true assessment of the persons character and how well he cares for his mutts. Also do more research on what a real american pit bull terrrier is.
